  • 'How do I clean my bag?'

    Use a damp cloth to remove a spot stain. Avoid putting your Bomba in the washing machine.

    If needs be, take it to a trusted dry cleaner that can handle leather.

  • When will I receive my bag?

    Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days, and delivery usually takes 2-3 days depending on if you're in a metro or outlying areas. If you need something urgently, give us a call or email us and we will do our best to help.

  • Can I return my order?

    You have 30 days to return your products to us if they have not been used. Returns can be delivered to our Watershed shop or our Studio in Salt River. Once we've received your return we will be able to refund or exchange your goods.
